This year, DU UG admissions will be based on Common University Entrance Test (CUET) scores. To apply for CSAS 2022, you must have a CUET UG application number. Previously, entrance to DU was determined by a student's achievement in the Class 12th exam.According to information supplied by administrators, "So far, 34,039 people have registered for admission using the portal. 24,000 pupils have registered on the first day." Candidates can apply for DU UG admission through the CSAS site until October 3rd, 2022. Candidates have a 21-day opportunity to apply for their desired undergraduate programmes, according to the authorities. What is Common Seat Allocation System ?

According to the new admission criteria, DU admission via CSAS will take place in three stages: submission of the CSAS application form, programme selection, entering preferences, seat allocation, and acceptance. Furthermore, candidates cannot complete the CSAS 2022 application form offline. Candidates from the General, OBC, and Economically Weaker Sections categories must pay Rs. 250 to complete the application form, while those from the SC, ST, and PwBD categories must pay Rs. 100.

What is Tie breaker method ?

The next stage would be taken if two or more candidates applied to the same college and branch and had the same percentage (course). If two students with the same CUET score choose the same college and course as their top preferences, their Class 12 board scores or the percentage will be used as a tiebreaker to determine who receives what.
