Here's what you can do and what you can't:
- During the night curfew, there will be no limits on traffic movement.
- Inter-state and intra-state movement/transportation of critical and non-essential goods shall be unrestricted. For such movements, no separate permission or e-pass will be necessary.
- If an ID card is presented, private doctors and nurses will be excluded.
- Passengers traveling to airports and train stations would be exempted if they present a valid fare.
- Pregnant women and patients who are undergoing care are excluded.
- The night curfew in Delhi will be lifted from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for essential services.
- Only those who are excluded from the night curfew will be able to travel by bus, subway, autos, taxis, and other forms of public transportation.
