Delhi Nursery Admission 2021-22 Begin Today

The admission process for admission to nursery in Delhi schools begins today, February 18. Parents can apply for admission at the desired school for Nursery, Kindergarten and Class 1. Parents can apply for admission online. There are a total of 1,700 schools which the parents can choose out of to apply for. The last date to submit the application form is 4th March, 2021. The application fee is Rs. 25. The first list of students who have been selected for admission will be released on March 20. 

The upper age limit to be considered for admission to nursery, kindergarten and class 1 is 4,5 and 6 years respectively and the lower age limit is 3,4 and 5 years, respectively.

How To Apply For Nursery Admission 2021

• Go to the official website of the school that you want to apply for
• Click on admission 2021-22 tab on the homepage
• Register your ward by filling in the required information
• Upload the necessary documents
• Pay the application fee
• Submit the form and also download the same for future reference

Documents Required for Nursery Admissions 2021

• Passport-size photograph of the child

• Mother’s/Father’s/Guardian’s passport-size photograph

• Family photograph (mother, father, and child)

• Address proof

• Child’s birth certificate

• Child’s Aadhar card
  
   

22% seats in the schools will be reserved for children belonging to EWS/DG category and 3% seats will be reserved for Children With Special Needs (CWSN). Students will be selected for these seats through a draw of lots by the Delhi Directorate of Education (DoE).
