The eligibility criteria for NICL AO Exam is set under the following parameters:- Nationality

- Educational Qualification
The details regarding the parameters are as given below.
NICL AO Eligibility Criteria: Nationality
To be eligibile for the exam, a candidate must be:- Citizen of India or,
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan or,
- A Tibetan Refugee who came in India before 1st January 1962 to settle here permanently or,
- A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, Vietnam to settle here permanently.
