Educational Qualifications:
- Candidates who have completed Graduation in Agriculture or Chemistry or Biochemistry or Botany or Zoology from a recognized University can apply.
- Candidates must have knowledge of Punjabi Language . No person will be appointed to any post in any service by direct appointment unless he/she has passed Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in the Punjabi language which may be specified by the Government from time to time.
Age Limit:
- Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years.
- Maximum Age Limit: 37 Years.
- Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC/ PH/ Ex-servicemen candidates as per government rules.
- For UR(General): Rs.1000/-
- For SC/BC/ EWS candidates: Rs. 250/-
- For Ex-Servicemen & Dependent: Rs. 200/-
- For Physical Handicapped: Rs. 500/-

Selection Process:
- Selection will be done on the basis of an Objective Type Written Test.Candidate has to secure a minimum of 40% marksin the test in order to qualify. All those who qualify will be called for Interview.
