Punjab ADA Eligibility Criteria: Nationality
Candidate must be
- A Citizen of India, or
- Citizen of Nepal, or
- Subject of Bhutan, or
- a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, and United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaria, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Punjab ADA Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit
Candidates between 18 to 37 years of age are eligible to apply for Punjab ADA Exam. There is relaxation in age limit provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories. The details are as follows:

Punjab ADA Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a degree in Bachelor’s of Law from a recognized university or institution or who are Barristers of England or Ireland or members of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland and are also eligible for being enrolled as an Advocate under Advocate Acts, 1961 and have two years experience of practice at Bar.
