Rajya Sabha Recruitment 2021: Rajya Sabha Research and Study (RSRS) has released an official notification for recruitment for fellowships and internships. Interested candidates can apply to the posts through the prescribed format on or before 31st March 2021.The fellowship is of 18 months which is extendable up to six months.Rajya Sabha Research and Study (RSRS) Scheme for DS Radhakrishnan Chair fellowships and student engagement internship opportunities is aimed at acquainting the candidates with the working of the Indian Parliament.

Educational Qualifications:
Internship-Candidates who are doing graduation and post-graduation in any discipline are eligible for the Internship Programme. Fellowships - The Fellowship is open for scholars who have relevant educational qualification or the experience for undertaking the study .Former Members of Parliament/State Legislatures and former officers of Parliament/State Legislature Secretariats are also eligible to apply,

Interested candidates can send in duly filled application forms along with duly filled CV for Dr S.Radhakrishnan Chair and Rajya Sabha Fellowships through e-mail at rksahoo.rs@sansad.nic.in and for Rajya Sabha Student Engagement Internships at rssei.rsrs@sansad.nic.in on or before 31st March 2021.
Important details :
- The fellows are entitled to get a grant of Rs 8 lakh plus Rs 50,000 as a contingency grant, as per the official website.
- A total of 10 interns will be selected for the duration of two months during the summer vacations. The interns would be paid an amount of Rs 10,000 per month as a stipend.
