Q:- Do whatever work you get in the beginning?

Nidhi Arora told the youth who are going to start their career that in the beginning do not think about what you are getting. Do whatever work you get. The more work you do at the foundational stage, the more sympathy you will gain from your employees once you become a leader.

On social media and the internet, she said that today people are addicted to it, if you see any person between 15 to 45 years of age, it is not possible to keep the phone away from their hand. The work that people are doing on the phone today takes only a few seconds.

Today, if they are given a single article of 12 to 15 minutes to read, then it is not possible for them to read with concentration. She said that mobile phones have provided not only convenience but also distraction. People of all ages are affected by it. We are all responsible for such damage to our minds.

Q:- How digital has opened up opportunities?

After the advent of technology, due to our addiction to mobile internet, we did not realize how many job opportunities this technology has brought for everyone. Today let us all search on Google and see which course you can do. In old times we did not have this facility.

Today only you can stop you from gaining information. Otherwise, in today's time, whatever you want to read or learn is available without any charge. Thousands of people have researched and posted videos on various topics on YouTube. Therefore it can be assumed. Digital has opened doors of opportunities but it is in our discipline that we are not able to take advantage of them.

Q:- How youth of every category can get jobs in the corporate sector?

She said that digital has made it easier for people with all types of degrees to enter the corporate sector. Earlier people used to think that living a corporate life is now possible because of digital skills.

Earlier, people from commerce used to go into banking, law people into advocacy, and management people into marketing because earlier there was no opportunity to learn. Today is the opportunity now we can learn. If I talk about myself, in the last 6 months I have taken a course on Micro Machine Learning and Cyber Security. That means today we can learn anything because if we can learn anything, we can do anything.
Q:- How are the paths for startups becoming easier for women in the country?

While narrating the story of The Children's Post of India sequentially, Nidhi Arora said that digital has allowed women to connect with the entire country by sitting in one place. At the same time, share your experiences with women who are going to start a startup. She said that today the age-old tradition has ended.

Earlier there were not as many women in IT or other fields as there are today. But my experience says that when you initially meet someone only he will notice whether you are a woman or a man but in the next meetings it will not make any difference whether you are a woman or a man.

In a professional business meeting, the other person would only want to listen to what you are saying, how you are presenting your views, how powerful your words are, and how much you listen to the other person. Today a lot of work is being done on gender neutrality. The government also has some schemes which are only for women startups. Build your career with Safalta
