Eligibility : 

• 0 to 6 months of relevant experience along with the degree in engineering from TIER1 College (2020/2021 passouts only) .

Responsibility :

• Work closely with the product management team to improve product adoption. 
• Who is product usage data to understand customer pain points and recommend possible solutions to the product team.
• Work closely with product management and engineering team on new feature research POC with clients and Benchmarking with competitors. 
• Call Sachin learning and collaborating with the team to develop best practices on production configuration with direct exposure in working with the biggest consumer business and technology brands across the globe.
• Configure the Sprinklr Product for various brands and industries following high standards of delivery and quality.
• Work as a team to understand the duck adoption by various brands and established standards practises to improve adoption.
