Responsibilities:
- Using workforce management technology, plan and schedule staff duties based on skill sets.
- For Strategic Management activities, assistance with the production of datasets for advanced analytics is essential.
- Support for service operations in evaluating predictive models so that maintenance can be optimized.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of key business and operational performance measures.
- Allow internal stakeholders to automate analysis and reporting in BI tools (PowerBI).
- Ensure that SLAs and standards are followed.
- Through self-initiative and stakeholder feedback, existing reports and dashboards are continually improved.
- Develop a recommendation for how to enhance data quality based on feedback from the field. Improve statistical models based on feedback from the field.
- SQL Queries and OOPS ideas are second nature to you.
