"Because all four-tier examinations, i.e., Tier I to IV, have already been conducted, the respondents are prohibited from revealing the CGLE 2019 result until the O.A., i.e. O.A. No. 925/2021, has been resolved."

The candidates' results will be stored in a sealed envelope, and appointment letters to successful candidates will not be sent out until the Tribunal has resolved the O.A.
When the O.A. is resolved, the Tribunal will issue appropriate instructions to the respondents on what has to be done.
The respondents will also inform the respondents, via a post on their official website [due to the enormous number of candidates who are participating in the examination, as mentioned above], that their appointment would be contingent on the outcome of O.A. No. 925/2021."
"The Commission has also filed a Miscellaneous Application for an early hearing of OA.No.925/2021 before the Hon'ble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi."
"The Commission has received a substantial number of representations / CPGRAMS from CGLE 2019 candidates regarding the status of the aforementioned examination's final result."
"Candidates for the CGLE 2019 have filed the following court cases: Sushil Gaur & Ors. filed O.A. No. 925/2021 in the CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi. Sushil Gaur & Others filed Writ Petition No.11375/2021 before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi."
According to speculations, the SSC CGL 2019 Final Result will be released on February 15, 2022. The matter, on the other hand, is stalled in court, according to the candidates, with a hearing scheduled on April 12, 2022. In that circumstance, candidates are tweeting using the hashtag #declare cgl19 result to demand the final result. Candidates are requesting that SSC CAT postpone the hearing date so that the court case can be completed as quickly as possible and their final result can be disclosed.

The SSC CGL Notification 2019 was released on October 22, 2019, and the SSC CGL Tier Exam 2019 took place between February 2 and March 9, 2020. Tier 2 of the SSC CGL examination was held in 2019. SSC CGL Tier 2 2019 was conducted n November 15, 16, and 18. The November 18 paper was easy, after which the normalization took place, so the number of candidates who gave the paper on November 18 decreased, while many increased. From this, the controversy started and some students who got fewer marks went to the High Court.
SSC Tier 3 exam was held on 22nd November 2020. Qualified candidates were called for document verification from 01 to 30 September 2021.
