Maharashtra Board Class 5 EVS Syllabus (2022-23)

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education, Pune 411004 is an autonomous agency established in compliance with the guidelines of Maharashtra Act No. 41 of 1965. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education conducts the HSC and SSC Examinations throughout the state of Maharashtra through its nine Divisional Boards, which are situated in Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur, Amravati, Latur, Nagpur, and Ratnagiri. The Board conducts exams twice a year; for the main exam, the Board anticipates 14 lac HSC and 17 lac SSC students would appear, and for the supplementary exam, 6 lac HSC and SSC students will. There are around 21000 secondary schools (SSC) and 7000 higher secondary schools/junior colleges in the state.

Writing, reading, arithmetic, and science are studied in more depth for the first time in class 5. For fifth-graders who desire to work in the medical or technological professions, EVS is an important subject. The course outline, grade distribution, time allotment, and other details are covered in the MSBSHSE Class 5 syllabus.
