Navodaya NVS Eligibility Criteria- Age Limit
Candidates should be between 18 to 50 years of age to be eligible for NVS TGT and PGT Exam. There is relaxation in the upper age limit provided to candidates belonging to reserved categories. The candidates must note that the recruitment is done for various posts that have different age limit.

Navodaya NVS Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification
The educational qualification is the most important for teaching posts the details related to the teaching posts are as follows:

(1) Master’s Degree from a recognized Institution / University with at least 50% marks in aggregate. (2) B.Ed or equivalent teaching degree. Experience: (1) Must have at least 7 years experience in which a minimum of 2 years experience is required as Vice Principal. OR (2) PGT or Lecturer in Central/State or Autonomous organization with 8 years of regular service. OR (3) Having 15 years of experience as PGT and TGT where a minimum of 3 years experience is required as PGT. |

Two years Integrated Post Graduate Degree from a regional college of education of NCERT or other NCTE recognized University in their relevant field. OR Master's degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university in the concerned subject. (English and Hindi Proficiency is a must) B.ed degree for those who have not undergone 4 years integrated course. |

(1) Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT or other NCTE recognized university in their relevant field.
