If a particle is performing uniform circular motion then, 1) Its speed remains constant throughout the motion. 2)Tangential acceleration is always zero. 3)The magnitude of the radial acceleration is constant always. The magnitude of acceleration remains constant all through the uniform circular motion. So, the correct option is D
