Mention the function of Malpighian tubules
They are the excretory organs of a cockroach. They collect the nitrogenous wastes from the haeomolymph and send them into the intestine. Each tubule is lined by glandular and ciliated cells. They absorb nitrogenous waste products and convert them into uric acid which is excreted out through the hindgut.
