What is the ‘greenhouse effect’? How does it affect the global climate?
The greenhouse effect is the warming of the planet or global warming caused by the re-emission of sun's energy collected by the earth, absorption by CO2CO2 molecules and H2OH2O vapours existing in the atmosphere near the earth's surface, and then radiation back to the ground. Greenhouse affects the climate. If the pace at which solar radiation reaches the earth continues, the entire global climate will alter dramatically.
