How does butter in your food get digested and absorbed in the body?

The butter is digested into the small intestine with the help of salts and lipases enzymes present in pancreatic juice. The salts break the fat into small pieces, and the enzymes convert them into a more simple form. After digestion, the insoluble digested fat gets transferred into lymph through the active process, and then it is transported into the bloodstream.
