Lymph is the white fluid that circulates in the lymphatic system that is known to provide immunity and carries nutrients from tissues to the blood. It contains mainly plasma and fewer number of leucocytes and platelets.Blood is the red colored fluid that circulates in the whole body that is the circulatory system. It plays a significant role in providing nutrients to the body parts. It contains plasma, red blood cells, leucocytes, and platelets. The white fluid part of the lymphatic system is known as lymph, and the blood is the fluid of the circulatory system, which is red colored fluid due to the presence of the protein known as hemoglobin.
