Compare the following: (c) Choroid and retina
The retina is the slight layer of cells at the rear of the eyeball where light is changed over into neural signs sent to the mind while choroid is the vascular layer of the eye lying between the retina and the sclera. The choroid is somewhat blue in shading and contains many veins.
