In myelinated nerve fibre, impulse conduction is carried from node to node. In unmyelinated nerve fibre impulse conduction carried alongside the duration of axon. In myelinated nerve fibre, motion ability propagation calls for activation of voltage gated Sodium channels handiest in nodal spaces.
