We know that The sum of its digit should be divisible by 3, in order to make the number divisible by 3 21,24,27,30 are the the smallest multiples of 3 that comes after 19 Hence, 21-19=2 24-19=5 27-19=8 30-19=11 So, the smallest number = 21 – 19 = 2 Then the sum = 19 + 2 = 21 which is divisible by 3. The greatest digit to be put in blank space = 8 Then, the sum = 19 + 8 = 27 which is divisible by 3 Hence, the required digits are 2 and 8.
