This is yet another tricky question and is asked to assess how you rate your performance level on your own scale. If you say a ‘no’ then it shows that you do not have the will to perform at your best and if you say a ‘yes’ then it will show that you have reached the point where you wanted to and thus are satiated and hence would not put much effort in your future work/job. So, you need to be diplomatic while answering this question.Consider the following points: 1. Tell that you maintain a learning approach towards work. 2. Tell about how you have polished yourself every day to be better and better day by day. 3. Highlight the peak points in your performance which led to appreciation and recognition. 4. Mention that there is always scope for betterment and hence one should not just get satisfied at one point and sit back.
