This is a great question to fire at the Interviewer as the interview draws to a natural close. It is also a fantastic way to turn the table on the panel, assessing how well or how wrongly you have performed throughout the selection process. It is a risky approach because you might get an answer you won’t be satisfied with. But if you are prepared to take a risk, then this final question is a chance that might just pay off. Moreover, you should always be looking to improve and getting feedback from an interviewer.
