21. Why Doesn’t Pagemaker 7.0 Include Ppds Anymore?
PageMaker 7.0 installs only the PPDs that Adobe creates: General, Color General, and Acrobat Distiller. The main reason that we do not include PPDs is because they become outdated, and new ones are being created for new devices all the time. Adobe recommends that you contact the manufacturer of your output device to obtain a PPD for that device
