Private health insurance companies offer several different Medigap plans to cover the costs which Medicare doesn't cover. Your state insurance commissioner's office (in the blue-pages of your telephone book) can tell you which plans are sold in your state. (In most states, companies which offer Medigap coverage are not required to insure individuals less than 65 years of age.)
