Answer. The bright-line spectrum demonstrates that an atom’s energy levels are quantized. Classical mechanics cannot explain the behaviour of electrons, atoms, and molecules, among other things. This is due to the fact that classical mechanics ignores the concept of matter’s dual nature. Quantum mechanics takes these theories into account.
