What are some examples of velocity ?
Velocity is basically just speed, but it also specifies the direction of movement, (this is because it is a vector; i.e. it has a direction, and a magnitude (in this case, the magnitude is the speed that an object is moving at)). So whether its a car moving, a ball being dropped, or the earth moving around the sun, all of these things have a velocity!
