For whose removal Parliament’s resolution is not needed?
Parliament's resolution is not needed to remove the judge of the Supreme Court. The judges of the Supreme Court have security of tenure and they cannot be removed from office except by an order of the President by adopting the set procedure laid down in the constitution.
