Give the difference between two types of symmetry that animals show.

BILATERAL SYMMETRY- (i) The body of the organism is divided into two mirror halves as left and right by a basic body plane. (ii)  Eg- humans. RADIAL SYMMETRY- (i) It gives rise to similar parts, around the central axis of the body. (ii) Eg- starfish.
