The President is an crucial Part of Legislature. Parliament consists of Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, and the President. Any consignment surpassed by way of the Parliament becomes Act only when the president offers assent to the bill. If the Bill is ordinary Bill (not a cash bill) the President can return the Bill to Parliament for reconsideration alternatively if Bill is passed again with or besides amendments and is before President, he is sure to give his assent on such Bill.
