Which can be abolished but not dissolved?
The Constitution provides for the abolition or creation of Legislative Councils in States. The Parliament has the power to abolish or create the legislative council. If the legislative council is created or exists in State it is a everlasting body like Rajya Sabha and cannot be dissolved.
