Was archaeopteryx a bird or a dinosaur?
Archaeopteryx way historical wing. It become a prehistoric creature that had the functions of each dinosaurs and birds. It had broad rounded wings and a protracted tail. Its feathers have been similar to the ones of current birds. But archaeopteryx had a protracted jaw packed with sharp tooth. Modern birds do now no longer have any enamel at all. Its claws have been very distinct from the claws of any chook we realize of, they resembled the claws of a dinosaur. Its tail changed into bony like that of a dinosaur, now no longer feathery like that of a hen. Because archaeopteryx had 1/2 of the capabilities of a hen and 1/2 of the functions of a dinosaur, it's miles referred to as a transitional creature.
