What role did the victory of the Turks over Constantinople play in the rise of Renaissance?
After the Turks won over the city, they forced the Greek and Roman scholars to leave their native place and relocate to different cities/countries. This led to the spread of the roman and Greek culture in new places, one of which was Italy.
