No, our blood does not have proteases and nucleases. Human blood has lots of cells that have protein components. If proteases and nucleases are present in blood they will lead to disintegration of cellular components and would hinder the delivery of oxygen and nutrient to tissues. In fact blood contains inhibitors of proteases and nucleases to protect blood components from their detrimental actions
