Isobars are defined as the atoms of element has same atomic mass but different atomic number.For example sodium and magnesium. They have same atomic mass i.e.24 but different mass number. Sodium’s atomic number is 11 whereas of magnesium it is 12. Isobars have same mass but different atomic number. Example: sodium and magnesium
