Yes, it is possible an object with a constant acceleration but with zero velocity.Example, When an object is thrown upwards with some speed, the object loses kinetic energy and convert into potential energy with some height, when object reaches the maximum height so the kinetic energy will be zero and velocity of that particle is zero but it has acceleration equal to acceleration due to gravity. Final answer So it is a possible situation that an object moving with a constant acceleration but with zero velocity.
