Deepak's nappy was soiled. Hence, when Sushila cleaned his nappy, she covered her nose to avert the bad smell coming from the nappy. The nappy of Sushila's daughter was not soiled so it was not emitting any sort of bad smell. Therefore, she did not cover her nose.
