The National Recruitment Agency will conduct the CET(Common Eligibility Test) soon for the Group B and Group C posts. The government has notified that a CET will replace the existing exam pattern of the government job. As per the same, this CET score will be applicable to the major exams like Banking, SSC and Railways. The eligible candidates have to appear for a single preliminary examination. With that score, they can opt to appear for the Mains exam of any institution of their choice. NRA CET Eligibility Criteria

NRA CET Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit

  • The minimum age limit to apply for the NRA CET is not yet specified by the concerned authorities. 

  • The age relaxation applicable for the candidates who belong to SC/ST/OBC category or are physically disabled will be specified once the official notification is released. 

  • Candidates who seek age relaxation can be asked to provide the necessary certificates at any stage of the recruitment process. 

NRA CET Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification

The candidates must have a minimum qualification of Graduation recognized by the Government to apply for the post of NRA CET.

NRA CET Exam Pattern

  • The exam will be held online with multiple choice based questions of a total of 200 questions. Although the exam pattern has not yet been specified as per the expected exam pattern, there will be four subjects i.e.  Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, General Awareness and English Comprehension.

  • The exam will have a composite timing where 120 minutes will be allotted for all the sections. 

  • Each correct answer will fetch a candidate with 1 mark and no mark will be deducted for the incorrect answer.
