AFCAT 2021 Syllabus
The syllabus of AFCAT 2021 exam comprises of questions from English, General Knowledge, Numerical Ability and Reasoning and Military Aptitude.
- ENGLISH: In english, the questions are asked from various range of topics such as Idioms and Phrases, Comprehension, Error Detection, Sentence Completion, Synonyms and Antonyms and Vocabulary.
- GENERAL KNOWLEDGE: This includes questions from History, Geography, Current Affairs, Economics, Basic Science, Polity, Environment, Defence, Art and Culture, Sports etc.
- NUMERICAL ABILITY: This consists of question sections such as Time and Distance, Profit and Loss, Percentage, Ratio and Proportion, Simple Interest, Time and Work.
- REASONING AND MILITARY APTITUDE: Verbal Skills and Spatial Ability.

EKT is conducted for candidates who opt for Ground Duty branch. The syllabus is different for different categories.

AFCAT 2021 Exam Pattern
AFCAT 2021 Exam will be conducted for non-technical candidates while AFCAT 2021 and Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT), both will be conducted for candidates applying for Ground Duty. AFCAT Exam consists of 100 questions while EKT consists of 50 questions.

NOTE:
Both AFCAT And EKT Exams are conducted in English.
AFCAT 2021 will be conducted online.
Each question carries about 3 marks and 1 mark is deducted for every wrong answer.
All the candidates who clear the written exam have to appear for the interview, AFSB (Air Force Selection Board) Interview to be finally selected for the Air Force.
