He made the decision to join the liberation movement as a result. He shook hands with Mahatma Gandhi out of his passion for his nation (Bapu). He thus joined Mahatma Gandhi's Non-Cooperation movement.He had a lot of obstacles to overcome in his fight for freedom. He even spent a lot of time in jail. He did not, however, lose his affection for the nation. He put up a valiant battle that led to independence. The date of India's Independence was August 15, 1947. Jawaharlal Nehru guided the nation in scientific and contemporary endeavours despite all the pressures.Jawaharlal Nehru achieved a lot, but most importantly. He altered traditional Hindu culture. It was very beneficial to Hindu widows. Women now enjoy the same rights as males thanks to the change. the inheritance and property rights.
