The Delhi Police Driver Eligibility under the educational qualifications are described below:

• Candidates should have passed their Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent from a recognized Board during the time of filling the application form.

Other Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to drive heavy vehicles with confidence.
• Applicants must possess a valid driving license for heavy motor vehicles.

Delhi Police Driver Eligibility Criteria - Physical Requirements

The Delhi Police Driver Eligibility also includes physical requirements such as height and chest measurement and expansion. Qualifying the physical requirements is vital. The Delhi Police Driver height and chest requirements are as follows:

(Candidates claiming, this relaxation are required to produce a certificate to this effect (Hill area certificate) from the competent authority, i.e. DC/DM/SDM or Tehsildar of their place of residence at the time of Physical Measurement Test)
• ST Candidates.
• Sons of either serving retired or deceased Delhi Police Personnel/ Multi-Tasking Staff of Delhi Police.
• For appointment on compassionate grounds.
