The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has issued an online call for applications for 260 positions, including those of Chief Officer, Assistant Conservator of Forests, Section Officer, and Deputy Section Officer/Dy Mamlatdar. On or before July 30, 2022, interested and qualified people may apply for these positions. There are 260 positions available, including 80 for Deputy Section Officers/Dy. On or before July 30, 2022, interested and qualified individuals may submit an online application for the aforementioned positions.

Eligibility Requirements

Possess a degree in one of the following fields: botany, chemistry, geology, mathematics, physics, statistics, zoology, microbiology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or environment from any university established or incorporated by or under a Central or State Act in India, or from any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a university (Uni.) under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. However, despite anything stated in the preceding clause, the candidate's B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.Sc. (Horticulture), or B.Sc. (Forestry) degree must have been earned from one of the agriculture universities or horticulture universities established by or in accordance with the Central Agriculture University Act.
