• B.Sc/ M.Sc (Agriculture)/ MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM (Chief Manager) (Relevant Discipline)
• Manager - Degree/ MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM (Relevant Discipline) from a recognized university is required.
• Assistant Manager/Officer - B.Sc/ M.Sc (Agriculture)/ MBA/ PGDBM/ PGDM from a recognised university is required.
• Engineer - A Bachelor's Degree in a comparable field from a recognized university is required.
• Candidate for Company Secretary must have a law degree from a recognized university.

Age Restriction

• 45 years as a Chief Manager
• Assistant Manager/Officer - 35 years, 40 years
• Engineer with 30 years of experience; Company Secretary with 45 years of experience

Criteria for Selection

Marketing Officers will be chosen through a computer-based test, a group discussion, and a personal interview. All other roles that need experience will be filled through a personal interview. Video conferencing/online mode may be used for the Personal Interview.
