Criteria for Eligibility
Educational Qualification:
- Anaesthesiology, Pain Medicine, and Critical Care - An MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology from a reputable university is required.
- Onco. Anaesthesiology - a postgraduate medical degree from a recognised university, such as MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology OR DM/DNB(Onco.Anaesthesiology).
- MD/DNB in Palliative Medicine/Anaesthesiology/Medicine/Genetics Medicine/Oncology (Surgical/Medical/Radiation) from a recognised university.
Age Restriction:
The candidate must have not attained the age of 45 years. The following are the maximum permitted relaxations:
- 5 years for SC/ST applicants
- 3 years for OBC applicants
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities [PWBD] 10 years in the general category
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities [PWBD]
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities [PWBD] SC/ST Category 15 years vs. OBC Category 13 years
Salary
- Non-Medical candidates M.Sc. with Ph.D. Rs.56100/= in level 10 under 7th CPC plus other usual Allowances for Medical candidates- Pay of Level 11 of Pay Matrix (Pre-revised pay Band-3 with the entry Pay of Rs. 67700/- for Non-Medical candidates M.Sc. with Ph.D. Rs.56100/= in level 10 under 7th CPC plus other usual Allowances
- Senior Demonstrators in Medical Physics (those having an M.Sc.) would be paid Rs.12090 + 4200 (Grade Pay) with additional benefits.
