Physical Efficiency/ Measurement Test (PET/PST):
- a.Height for men should be 165 cm for general and other for 160 cm
- b.Height for female 155 cm
- c.For men Chest without pump 81 cm
- d.For men Chest with pump 86 cm
- e.For men Chest without pump 79 cm (SC)
- f.For men Chest with pump 84 cm (ST)
- g.No chest measurement for ladies
- h.Minimum weight for ladies 48 kg for all category
Running for man (1.6 KM)
- Less than 5 minute - 50 marks
- 5 minute to 5 minute 20 seconds - 40 marks
- 5 minute 20 seconds to 5 minute 40 marks
- 5 minute 40 seconds to 6 minute – 20 marks
- More than 6 minute men announce not qualified
Running for woman (1 Km)
- a) 4 मिनट से कम - 50 अंक
- b) 4 मिनट से 4 मिनट 20 सेकण्ड तक - 40 अंक
- c) 4 मिनट 20 सेकण्ड से अधिक एवं 4 मिनट 40 सेकण्ड तक - 30 अंक

गोला फेंक – अधिकतम 25 (पच्चीस अंक)
