BTET Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualifications
- For Paper I Applicants – Candidate must have completed Graduation and B.Ed
- TGT for MATHS - Graduation with Maths, Physics & Chemistry and B.Ed Or B.Tech with Mathematics subject + B.Ed Science
- TGT for Science - Graduation with Zoology, Botany & Chemistry subjects and B.Ed Or B.Tech with Science subject + B.Ed
- TGT for S.St - Social Studies Graduation with History, Geography, Economy And Polity and B.Ed
- For Paper II Applicants – Candidate must have completed Post-Graduation and B.Ed

Bihar STET Selection Process
The Bihar STET Selection Process is as follows:
- Online Application- Apply online for the Bihar STET by following the steps above
- Bihar STET written examination- Appear for the written examination, for both the levels, secondary and higher secondary. Paper I is conducted for the secondary level and paper II is conducted for the higher secondary level.
- Document verification- It is done to check the authenticity of the educational qualification and the proof submitted by the candidate while applying for this examination.

1- Who can fill Stet form?
Students who are B. Ed. or Diploma in Education passed all are eligible to fill their BSTET 2023 application forms and to read out the Exam criteria, important dates & how to apply application form all steps are given below.
2- Is Super TET compulsory?
Super TET qualification is a mandatory requirement for candidates to teach in UP state schools and private schools for classes 1st to 8th. Teaching aspirants who have cleared Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) can apply for the Super TET 2023.
3- Can we give Super TET after CTET?
Yes, you are eligible to apply for the SUPER TET exam. The basic eligibility criteria for the SUPER TET exam is to be a graduate and must have qualified UPTET/CTET exam.
3- Can I claim a refund for the Bihar STET application fee?
The application fee cannot be refunded.
4- Can candidates outside the state of Bihar Apply for the STET exam?
The applicant must have a domicile of Bihar state.
