CG TET Eligibility Criteria 2022
Age Limit	There is no age limit for the CG TET Examination as anyone can apply for the examination.
Nationality	The candidate should be a citizen of India and carry all the important documents issued by the government to prove the same.
Educational Qualification	The candidate should have a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education. The candidate should be a graduate with at least 50% marks in Education (B.Ed) in Pedagogy/ 2-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). The candidate should have passed or be appearing in 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education) and should be a graduate with a minimum aggregate of 50%. The candidate should have completed graduation with at least 45% marks and B.Ed. The candidate should have completed Higher Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). The candidate should have completed Higher Secondary or equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4-year BA/BSc.Ed or BA.Ed/ BSc.Ed.
Number of vacancies	The total number of vacancies has not been announced yet. There are certain reservations for the people belonging to different categories.
Experience	No previous experience is required.

Age Limit

As mentioned above, there is no age limit for the candidates who wish to apply for the examination. There is no age bar, and the candidate can apply for the examination whenever they feel is the right time to apply. Therefore, there is no age relaxation as well.

Education Qualification

The candidates who are applying for the post in the CG TET must make sure that they need to perform various tasks that are associated with the post. Knowledge of the CG TET Syllabus and Exam Pattern can be an added advantage to improve the educational qualification. Hence, the candidates should possess the required educational qualification to be eligible for the post. The educational qualification are as follows: -

Experience
