CG TET Exam Pattern 2022

The CG TET selection process is based on two phases. The first phase is the entrance exam which is a written exam, and the second phase is a personal interview which is an oral exam. However, there will be a single CG TET Admit Card issued for both the phases. After clearance of these stages, a candidate must go through document verification. The details of the CG TET exam pattern are: -

  • The test is conducted for a duration of 2.5 hours.
  • The CG TET encompasses 300 questions 1 mark each.
  • Every correct answer will get 1 mark each.
  • There is no negative marking for any of the wrong answers.
  • The candidates who get qualified are then further called for the next selection round.

Personal interview

The personal interview is one last round before candidates qualify the CG TET exam. In this round, candidates will face some general interview questions by an interviewer, and he/ she will decide whether candidates are eligible to be declared as qualified under the CG TET exam. The questions in the interview can be general questions or those related to the subjects in the examination itself. The candidates should have all the required documents and provide them in order to verify the information that they have provided on the form during the document verification process.
