Chandigarh Administration JE Exam Pattern 2022
Written Exam
The written test is the first stage of the selection process of the Chandigarh Administration JE. The candidates have to answer the question associated with their domain. The major highlights of the written examination of the Junior Engineer Exam are given in the section below:
- There will be two sections in the written test of the Civil Junior Engineer Exam. Part 1 will have 100 questions from the Engineering discipline while Part B will have 50 questions from different subjects i.e. However, the General English, Computer Aptitude, and Reasoning paper.
- The questions of the CBT will be bilingual for each section except for English.
- The questions asked in the written exam will be objective or multiple choice based questions.
- The candidates will get 180 minutes to complete the 150 questions asked in the examination.
- The candidates will get 1 mark for each correct question answered in the General English and Reasoning section. Additionally, a deduction of ¼ marks of the total marks will be done for the wrong answers.
- There will be normalization in the marks if the examination is held in multiple sessions or shifts.
- The candidates who find a place in the Chandigarh Administration JE Result will be called for the document verification rounds.
