Indian Navy SSR Eligibility Criteria
Candidates between 17 to 20 years of age are eligible to apply for Indian Navy SSR Exam.
Aditionally candidates must have completed a 10+2 certification with Maths and Physics and at least one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biology, or Computer Science.

Indian Navy SSR Selection Process
There are three stages in Indian Navy SSR recruitment- Computer Based Test, Physical Examination, Medical examination.
The written test comprises of 100 objective type questions and the duration of the exam is one hour.
In the physical examination, candidates are required to do the following:

- 20 squats
- 10 push-ups and a 1.6-kilometer run in 7 minutes
- Candidates must also swim, participate in extracurricular events, and participate in sports.
The requirements of the Medical Tests are as follows:
- The minimum height requirement is 157 cms.
- A minimum chest extension of 5 cms is recommended.
- The chest and weight should be proportionate.

- Click on "career" option and register yourself with a valid email address
- Once you finish the registration process, move further and log-in with the username and password generated during registration
- In the next step, click on ‘current opportunities’ and then click on the ‘Apply’ option.
- Now, the applicants will have to fill the application form with all the necessary details
- The application should ensure that the information provided by them is authentic
- Next, submit the scanned copy of the required documents in the prescribed format
- The candidates have to now choose the preferred examination centre as per their choice
- Lastly, check all the required details and click on ‘submit’ after making the payment of the exam fee
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories are exempted to pay the application fee
